Garrett Payne

RE/MAX Vision, Lake Oconee & Athens, is proud to welcome Garrett Payne to its growing real estate group.

Payne will be working jointly out of the Athens & Lake Oconee offices.

Originally from Covington, Payne moved to Lake Oconee to attend Lake Oconee Academy where he graduated in the top of his class in 2023. Dedicated to his education and wanting a career, Payne studied for his real estate license his senior year and took his Georgia Real Estate License exam shortly after graduation.

“I am very excited to have a younger generation join our field. Garrett brings a lot of technology knowledge to our office and I know clients will enjoy working with this outstanding young man,” said Shurling Broker, owner of RE/MAX Vision.

Growing up in the lake area and attending the University of North Georgia in Oconee County, Payne has a vast knowledge of the real estate market and lake lifestyle.
