Minster’s exceptional service and dedication over the past two years, working closely with Lake Oconee’s top luxury Realtor® Riezl Baker, have prepared her for this new venture in the dynamic real estate market.

Minster has been a vital part of Baker’s team, contributing to her success as the top-producing luxury Realtor at Lake Oconee. Under Baker’s mentorship, she has gained invaluable experience, especially noteworthy in a year where Baker sold and closed over $100 million in volume despite market fluctuations.

A resident of the Lake Oconee area since 2007, Minster brings a rich background and deep local knowledge to her new role. Raised in Tallahassee, Florida, she attended the University of Georgia and Florida State University, earning a degree in sports information and marketing from FSU’s College of Communication. Her career began in the golf business with Jack Nicklaus’ tournament management company Executive Sports, followed by a role as media relations coordinator for the LPGA Tour, managing media centers at both domestic and international tournaments. In 2008, Kerry joined the Reynolds Lake Oconee marketing team and later became the Communications Coordinator for Lake Oconee Academy (LOA) in 2010.

Her journey in real estate, mentored by one of the industry’s most seasoned professionals, has equipped her with the necessary skills and dedication to excel as a sales agent.
