It has been over 50 years since Bing Crosby first sang “White Christmas” for the now iconic film of the same name.

Since then, Hollywood has entertainedwith countless movies featuring manyholiday-favorite tunes, such as “Somewhere in My Memory” from the hit Christmas classic, “Home Alone,” which will be featured at this year’s concert! Did you know “Die Hard” also contains a Christmas classic?

This year, Lake Country Chorus’s Christmas show, “A Tinseltown Christmas”, will feature many well-loved holiday favorites, both secular and religious — all included in at least one Hollywood production. A few of the movies spotlighted in this seasonal celebration include “Elf” and “Anatasia.”

Please come and join us on Thursday, Dec. 5, at the First Methodist Church, Lake Oconee campus. The show will begin at 7 p.m. The Art’s Barn Kids promise to be there to show off their Christmas spirit as well.

This show is always a sellout, so be sure to buy $25 tickets early! Tickets will be available in November from any chorus member or at the Bank South branch next to Publix.
