You may have seen them at ArtiGras, but if not, this party band is a must-see!
Bogey and the Viceroy is Atlanta’s own dance party band — playing the hits of today and yesterday. New Orleans native Tyron “Bogey” Thornton and the talented troubadours of The Viceroy cover classic soul and R&B from every era along with retro rock/pop and today’s dance party hits and chart-toppers.
Bogey & the Viceroy performances lead to packed dance floors and good times. Their song list contains hits everyone knows and loves such as “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, “Boogie Shoes” by K.C. and the Sunshine Band, “Chain of Fools” by Aretha Franklin, “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce, “Cupid Shuffle” by Cupid, “Forget You” by Cee Lo Green, “Hey Ya” by Outkast and dozens more.
Bogey is an expert at handling emcee duties, getting out among the guests, reading the room to play what they want to hear, and keeping the dance Lloor full.
