Fifteen realtors earn an international designation

Executive Business Consultant Ashley Dembowski of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and Coldwell Banker International Previews Instructor Jody Tate featured with the fifteen Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake County Realtors.

Fifteen Realtors from Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country earned the Coldwell Banker Previews International Property Specialist designation and then attended the 2013 GenBlue Regional Coldwell Banker Rally in Charleston, SC.

Coldwell Banker Previews International is a comprehensive marketing effort designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide.

Earning the Previews Designation were Mike Cashin, Beth Erwin, Ann Foster, Stacy Hutchinson, Mary Lenett, Jim Linney, Tom Martin, Bobby Murray, Sherry Stathas, Kay Stevens, Cynthia Strother, Michelle Strott, Alyce Vining, Celia Visscher and Vicki Zimmerman who traveled to Charleston, SC for the specialized training.

“In addition to a demanding performance criteria based on successfully selling luxury properties, the Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country agents had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Previews Property Specialist designation,” said Tom Martin, president and CEO of the company. “The course covers topics such as developing detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Previews resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will create more exposure to exceptional properties to affluent buyers on a world-wide basis.”

More than fourteen Coldwell Banker agents also travelled to Charleston, SC for the Coldwell Banker GenBlue Rally, a series of statewide conferences throughout the nation featuring Coldwell Banker national speakers and breakout training sessions.

“Our agents are committed to continuing education so that they may provide knowledge, insight and marketing plans tailored for the local market to their clients,” Martin said. “The GenBlue Rally offered opportunities for our agents to learn and network with Coldwell Banker associates across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.”
