Harbor Club LGA holds member/member event

The ladies of Harbor Club’s LGA met for “Cocktails by the Lake” (the theme of their tournament) at the lakeside home of Sherry Stathas to launch their May, Member/Member Tournament. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and camaraderie highlighted the evening.

The ladies hit the links the following morning with twenty-one teams at the ready. At the end of play winners were declared and announced over a buffet luncheon in the clubhouse.

Bev Oram and Millicent Zamirowksi placed first in the 18 hole group with Dale Fahey and Shirley Wheeler tying with Janel MCullers and Diane Roberts for second.  Sherry Stathas and Linda Weaver came in third. Of those playing nine holes, Gail Martin and Linda Horst were in first place with Jane Phipps and Terry Subacz coming in second.
