The Putnam Alliance for the Performing Arts (PAPA) will perform Night Watch by Lucille Fletcher in The Plaza Arts Center Theater at 8 p.m. March 16, 17, 23 and 24 and at 3 p.m. March 18. Night Watch is a good old “who done it” drama that steadily builds suspense, beginning with the first blood-curdling scream to the final, breath-stopping moment of its unexpected “twist” ending. Dennis McClain is directing this production. Net proceeds are used to benefit The Plaza Arts Center. The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center in partnership with The Steffen Thomas Museum presents ‘Scapes an exhibition of Landscapes, Cityscapes and Seascapes by Steffen Thomas. This exhibit presents paintings selected from private collections to represent the best works by Steffen Thomas, a German-American Expressionist, who worked as an artist in the Atlanta are from 1929 until 1990. Curated by Hathia and Andrew Hayes.
