The Harbor Club Men’s Golf Association Scholarship Fund held their fourth annual tournament at The Harbor Club June 5. The tournament is held to raise funds for scholarships given to deserving senior student/golfers from local area high schools (Greene County High School, Putnam County High School, Nathanael Greene Academy and Gatewood School). Low Gross winners were: Dave Benton, Fred Jennart, Bob Welsh and Rob Wyrick. Low Net winners were: Glenn Kendall, Gary Lockman, Richard Schaeffel and Keith VanDuzer. Second Low Net winners were: Oscie Gordon, Denny Mahan, Bimmer Monteleone and Gary Williams. Third Low Net winners were: Jimmy Britt, Sam Fowler, Wren Fowler and Tom Roydhouse. Coming in first for the ladies were: Nancy Brewer, Jean Chesnut, Jane Kokoska and JoAnn Stauffer. Fred Jennart was Closest to the Pin on number 2 and Marie Madsen Closest to the Pin on number 12.
