Balicki has become successful at selling the Reynolds lifestyle by working and living here for almost her entire 26-year real estate career. That expertise is evident in her successes, which includes earning Salesperson of the Year for three consecutive years from 2017, 2018 and 2019. 

“As a buyer’s agent, one of the biggest challenges I have today is finding the right property for my clients since inventory is limited,” said Balicki. “I believe this will likely be the trend for the next several years. However, in spite of low inventory, there are many exciting plans on the horizon for our community such as Richland Pointe, and I am privileged to be a part of this growth.”

A Member since 1991, Balicki and her husband, Tom, have owned four properties and built three homes at Reynolds, making her an exceptional Realtor to helping others find homes or homesites unique to their needs.
