Del Webb Lake Oconee’s 100 Who Care, recently presented their final donation of 2023 to the Christian Outreach Thrift Store in Greensboro, as Betty Aubin, of 100 Who Care, placed a check for $6,445 in the hands of C.O.T.S. representative, Daby Benjamin. This generous donation will provide temporary assistance to low-income families that are experiencing financial emergencies here in the Greene County area. 100 Who Care members meet quarterly to nominate and vote for the charity to receive the funds for that quarter. In just four short years they have donated $104,021 to 15 different charities here in the Lake Oconee region.
