Wanted: No-longer-used golf clubs and balls for donation to the troopsto aid in their rehabilitation, stress releaseand recreation.

The Knights of Columbus Assembly 3799, in cooperation with the “Bunkers in Baghdad” charity, will be collecting golf clubs and balls to be sent to U.S. troops in the states and around the world. The collection will take place at Christ Our King and Savior Church (across the street from Publix) in the church parking lot, Saturday, Sept. 7, from 9a.m.to 12:30p.m.

Please scour the garage and closets and bring no-longer-used clubs (men’s and women’s) and golf balls. If you are not able to drop them off at that time, reach out to Jerry Stapp at jstappiii@gmail.com or text/call him at 770-823-6000 to arrange for a drop off.
