Holiday Tour of Homes draws thousands to downtown Madison

MADISON — Tickets are now on sale for the 2024 Madison Holiday Tour of Homes, presented by the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center.
A favorite tradition that welcomes the beginning of the holiday season, this tour of homes includes an impressive variety of historic homes, churches and house museums. Notable inclusions are the Joshua Hill House on Old Post Road, Poullain Heights and the Starke-Collins House on North Main Street. The tour also includes several interesting reproductions that feature amazing detail and impressive art collections.
“We are so excited to showcase the wonderful homes and institutions here in Madison during this year’s Holiday Tour of Homes,” said MMCC Board of Trustees Chairman Ruth Bracewell. “Seeing all of the homes decorated in festive attire is such a wonderful way to bring in the holiday season.”
The Holiday Tour of Homes will take place on Friday, Dec. 6 and Saturday Dec. 7 with both daytime and candlelight tours on each day. The daytime tours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Candlelight tours are from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After Nov. 30, tickets are $40 per person.
Early bird ticket prices of $30 for a single ticket or $50 for a combo day and night ticket are available until Nov. 30. After Nov. 30, tickets are $40 per person for a single ticket and $70 for a day/night combo ticket.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors to experience some of Madison’s most distinguished homes decorated in festive holiday decor during this annual event,” said Bracewell.
Group ticket pricing is also available for groups of 15 or more guests.
