Del Web Lake Oconee recently donated its first quarter 2024 check, totaling $6,295, to The Victory Train. Theresa Kemp, president and founder of The Victory Train said there arecurrently more than 300 children ‘Riding’ on Train. Last year they delivered more than 7,500 educational packets, including over 5,000 books and thousands of puzzles, educational toys and other supplies parents need to prepare their children for school readiness.
