Greensboro, GA (For Immediate Release) – Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to congratulate Ron Kalpak as Salesperson of the Month for June with four transactions totaling $2.5 million.
After discovering Reynolds Lake Oconee during a watersports weekend, Kalpak initially became the Head Tennis Professional. Two short years later in 1992, Kalpak joined the sales team. “Helping people fulfill their real estate goals and dreams is what I enjoy,” says Kalpak. “I do feel that nearly 30 years at the same property, as well as living within the community with my family, is invaluable experience that you just can’t teach. I love what I do, and I think it shows.”
Tennis is a huge passion for Ron. He is a proud founder of the Lake Oconee Academy (LOA) Tennis Club and is an active participant in the tennis program and tournaments at Reynolds.
This year he was able to see the LOA Girls and Boys Tennis Team win regionals, as well as the boys win state for the first time in the school’s tennis history! “I am so thankful that I am able to work in a place that affords me the opportunity to give back,” says Kalpak.
Ron also enjoys fishing in his free time. His extensive knowledge of Lake Oconee has led to multiple Reynolds Bass Tournament victories, including the record for the largest one-day catch in tournament history — 20.5 pounds!
With hundreds of acres and miles of shoreline left to develop, I am excited to see the vision unfold and to play a role in sharing it with clients,” says Kalpak. “I look forward to another year of helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.”
“I am proud of Ron’s hard work and achievements this month,” says Karen Saltzbart, Vice President of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC. “He is a valuable member of our team, and I look forward to his continued success in this community.”
