Agent receives certifications

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country agent, Jacqui Cowles, recently added to her ever-growing list of accolades by receiving her Global Luxury Home Marketing Designation as well as her Global Luxury Specialist Certification. In order to be eligible for these designations, agents must display both a proven track record of success within the luxury market as well as completion of intensive training through the Coldwell Banker Luxury Institute. During training, agents develop a plethora of skills catered to marketing and selling luxury residential real estate, including identifying luxury properties, implementing proven, bespoke marketing strategies, and building relationships with potential luxury buyers and sellers.
