GREENSBORO, Ga. — The Greene Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the addition of Gracefully Baked Bread Company to its growing membership.
Owned and operated by local entrepreneur Grace Caricofe, Gracefully Baked has become a beloved staple in the community, known for its handcrafted sourdough breads, which have been delighting residents within the past year.
Caricofe’s journey began at the Harmony Crossing Farmers Market, where her breads consistently sold out each Saturday. Now, her exceptional sourdough creations are available at two convenient locations: Scratchers Creek Market, located at 1210 Commerce Dr, Suite 111, and the newly opened Scratchers Creek City Market, formerly Ripe Thing Market, in downtown Greensboro.
Customers can enjoy a variety of sourdough flavors, including regular, rosemary and sea salt, cranberry and blueberry, as well as her popular English muffins.
In addition to selling Gracefully Baked freshly baked goods, Scratchers Creek City Market offers locally sourced meats and produce, as well as hot lunches served Wednesday through Saturday.
Gracefully Baked has come into the community at a rapid speed and Caricofe is thrilled with all the support and kind welcoming that has been brought to her in the short few months that Gracefully Baked has been in business. She hopes to bring the community together with the shared love of health, wellness and clean sourdough products.
