Bo Trawick has opened a new State Farm Agency at Lake Oconee in The Village at Harmony Crossing Shopping Center in Eatonton. His office is located at 103 Harmony Crossing Suite 5, Eatonton, and officially opened for business on Friday, March 1.

Trawick is originally from Gray, and graduated high school from First Presbyterian Day School in Macon. After earning his degree in risk management and insurance from The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in May 2004, Trawick spent seven years working in the banking industry. In 2012, he made the decision to embark on a new career path which led to a 10-month journey of training and planning for his new office at Lake Oconee.

“My wife and I felt that it was time for a change,” said Trawick. “The main reason that I wanted to become a State Farm Agent is I have a strong desire to make a lasting impact on people’s lives and develop life-long relationships. I’m really excited about the opportunity to meet new people and make a new home for my family here.”

He spends his time outside of the office hunting and playing golf — two hobbies that bode well for any Lake Oconee resident. He is also an avid Georgia Bulldog football fan in addition to being an alumnus of the school. He and his wife Molly will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary March 28 and begin their new chapter in Eatonton after starting their lives together in Macon. The two are the proud parents of baby girl, Ellie, who turns 1 in April. Molly is currently a teacher at the Blind Academy in Macon. Bo and his family plan to reside in Putnam County.

He excited about the opening of his new office at The Village at Harmony Crossing, and invites anyone to drop in for a visit, especially for the grand opening on Friday, April 5th. Bo can be reached at 706-484-9744, and beginning March 1st his hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  and Saturdays 9 a.m. to noon.
