GREENSBORO — Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Debbie Balicki as Salesperson of the Month for April with sales totaling over $1.5 million.

After winning Salesperson of the Year in 2017, Balicki is off to a strong start in 2018, with this being her second consecutive Salesperson of the Month achievement. Joining the Reynolds sales team in 1999, Balicki has spent the past 19 years helping people find their dream home at Reynolds.

One of her most recent clients, Don McWhorter, purchased his home just last month and could not be happier with his experience. “Debbie was very pleasant to work with, has great knowledge of the local real estate market, and above all she puts the needs and desires of the client as her top priority,” said McWhorter. “On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Debbie an 11!”

As a member of nearly 27 years, Balicki and her husband, Tom have owned four properties and built three homes at Reynolds, making her an ideal candidate in helping others find homes or homesites unique to their needs.

“My wife and I purchased two properties through Debbie over the last year and could not be more impressed with her knowledge of Reynolds,” said Joe Linville, Reynolds member since 2017. “Her ‘warm Southern charm’ and attention to detail made our purchases in Reynolds a very enjoyable experience.”

Balicki also helped Linda and Phil Edmiston find their forever home in Reynolds earlier this year.

Balicki was recently recognized by the Lake Country Board of Realtors as a Million Dollar Club Member for 2017 and is a recipient of the Eagle Award, acknowledging 15 years of Active Million Dollar plus sales. Her hard work coupled with her ability to personalize each experience leads to lasting relationships with her clients.
