Graduating with a bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Tennessee, Livney began her real estate career in 1996 as an agent in the Chicago residential market. After a few years in the industry, she completed her master of education degree from National Louis University and decided to pursue her other passion in elementary school education. After many years of living in Chicago and with her daughter heading off to college, she and her husband decided to make the move to Reynolds Lake Oconee one year ago in order to enjoy the beautiful weather of the region. Inspired further by the friendly community and stunning scenery, she  transitioned back to her roots in real estate in hopes of helping others find their forever home. When asked to comment about her move back into real estate, Stephanie stated: “Lake Oconee is a special place that I am honored to call home.
