Dianne Spires named Salesperson of the Month for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC

GREENSBORO, Ga. —  Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Dianne Spires as Salesperson of the Month for January 2022 with four transactions totaling over 1.1 million.

“I am very thankful to have received Salesperson of the month, butit would have not been possible without the addition of Susan Paige Pinheiro,” said Spires. “Susan has been instrumental over the last two years in helping to achieve this recognition by providing stellar services to our clients.”

After a rewarding career as a middle and high school counselor, Spires joined the Reynolds sales team in 2004 after moving to the community from Naperville, Ill. Having frequently moved for her husband, Ken, and his career with the Ford Motor Company, she had ample experience with real estate sales and has since excelled in the position. Spires prides herself on her client relationships and trust, with the majority of her sales over the last ten years being from property owner referrals.

“It means so much to me that my clients trust me not only with their home buying process but also recommend me to friends and family,” said Spires. “I appreciate their support and cherish the relationships I have built.”

She and Ken are proud parents to two daughters, who, along with their sons-in-law and five granddaughters, all live in the Washington D.C. area. The family frequently visits Reynolds, where the girls enjoy camps, holiday festivities, crafts, and more. When not spending time with her family, Spires enjoys reading and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

“Dianne and Susan have had an excellent start to 2022,” said Lee Arberg, Senior Vice President of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC. “I am proud of their accomplishments and look forward to what this year will bring to our team and community.”
