Greene County Toastmasters elects new officers

Greene County Toastmasters Club elected new officers for 2022- 2023. New officers are president Kris Mapp; vice president education, Joann Sheats; vice president public relations, Mary Sims; treasurer, Hasitha Mahabaduge; secretary, Nga Tran; sergeant at arms, Jim Howes.

The new officers are ready to start the new year with enthusiasm to help members grow as confident speakers and develop their communication and leadership skills. Toastmasters is fertile ground for the preparation for leadership. 

Toastmasters is a ‘Learn by Doing’ organization where members proceed at their own pace. Whether you’re new to giving speeches or are a seasoned speaker, Toastmasters will help you hone your skills.

Greene County Toastmasters is having HYBRID meetings. The club meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 6 to 7:15 p.m. Eastern U.S. time. Meetings are held in the Training Room of the Lakeside Church located at 5800 Highway 44 (Lake Oconee Parkway) in Greensboro, Ga. 30642. The group is also meeting via Zoom and invite you to be our guest.
