Lakeside Church at Lake Oconee Hosting Wild Game Supper

Lakeside Church at Lake Oconee, located at 5800 Lake Oconee Parkway in Greensboro, Georgia, is

hosting a community-wide Women’s Night of Worship on Thursday, January 23, 2020, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30

p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. in order for attendees to enjoy light refreshments and a time of fellowship.

Worship service will begin at 7 p.m., and guests will enjoy special guest speaker and worship leader Chevas

Phillips, worship leader of Bethlehem Church in Winder, GA. This is a free event for the community, however a

love offering will be taken to support future Women’s Nights of Worship.

Chevas Phillips is the worship leader at Bethlehem Church in Winder, GA, where she lives with her

husband Josh, and their seven-month old little girl, Harlan. She is originally from Loganville, GA, and has

blessed Lakeside Church by leading worship at a previous Women’s Night of Worship event in 2018. This

year, she will not only lead worship but also share a message.

Lakeside Church has been hosting community-wide Women’s Nights of Worship quarterly for three

years, and each event draws over 100 women from all over the lake country. Childcare is available upon

request. Guests are encouraged to contact the church to make childcare arrangements in advance.

Lakeside Church at Lake Oconee strives to be the bridge that gets people from where they are to

where God wants them to be. We look forward to hosting Women’s Night of Worship and connecting with the

community in the Greensboro and surrounding areas. For more information, please contact Lakeside Church

at 706-453-0330 or Kirsten Thompson at kthompson@lakesidechurch.ws.
