Muzyka show extended at Union Point gallery

The Point of Art Gallery & Studio in historic downtown Union Point  announced their successful show, “Peter Muzyka’s Visions of America,” has been extended until the end of April. The gallery hosts the artist in person on Saturday, 10 April from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. when Muzyka will be on hand to discuss his techniques and explain his vision.

“We’re delighted to extend the show as it has really been getting a lot of attention,” gallery owner Anne Jenkins said. “Peter has a large following and now his fans can come and talk with him in person on Saturday about how he creates his wonderful works of art.”

This series of paintings is a homage to the beauty and wonder of America. He has painted scenes of the foothills and mountains of the Grand Tetons to the coastal rocks and seashores of Maine, Georgia and Florida; waterfalls in Pennsylvania and Georgia, plus the Georgia and Florida marshlands.

The gallery is at 604 Sibley Ave, Union Point.  For more information, call (706) 372-7146 or go to www.ThePointofArt.net.
