Dell Law Firm expands with the addition of Melanie Niblett

Dell Law Firm is pleased to announce and welcome Melanie Niblett as associate attorney to its team. The addition of Niblett is a part of the firm’s continued growth and commitment to the Lake Oconee area.

“We are excited to welcome Melanie to our growing firm. Her credentials are impressive and will bolster our Real-Estate and Business Law division,” said Jay Dell. “She is an outstanding attorney who will offer first-rate knowledge and personalized attention to our clients.”

Niblett graduated from Clayton College & State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2001 and followed up a year later with a certification in paralegal studies. In 2017, she earned a Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Before joining Dell Law Firm PC, Niblett had the privilege of practicing in multiple areas of law; however, she maintained a continued focus on real estate transactions. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

She is very active within her community. She participates in various activities including Leadership Lamar, volunteer opportunities for the Barnesville-Lamar County Chamber of Commerce, Jackson-Butts County Rotary Club, and former Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Towaliga Judicial Circuit, Rock Springs Church, and Rock Springs Christian Academy. She also volunteered for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation and the DeKalb Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation.

Dell Law Firm provides a full range of legal services and is the trusted legal resource for thousands of individuals and businesses throughout Georgia’s Lake Country since 2010. For more information call the office at 706-453-4800 or visit www.DellLawFirm.com.
