Concert for a Cause at The Corry House to feature country artist John Berry

Global Samaritansis excited to announce that the 10th annual Concert at the Corry House will be held on Friday, Oct. 15. Even more exciting is that Grammy Award-winning artist John Berry will be the featured performer again this year.

Global Samaritans, founded by Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves of Greene County in 1997, is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to showing God’s love by enhancing the physical and spiritual well-being of the people in Southern Zambia.  Global Samaritans includes a children’s home and school located just outside of Livingstone, Zambia. From its base at the children’s home, Global Samaritans also operates two commercial well-drilling rigs providing water to villages that do not currently have access to clean water.

In spite of Covid-19, we have been very blessed in Zambia with the arrival of new children and house mothers, our ZAM JAM camp and many water wells installed.

The venue opens at 5 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m. Dinner, desserts and beverages will be available for purchase. The Curio Market will be open featuring handmade Zambian crafts and you won’t want to miss the silent auction.

All proceeds benefit Global Samaritans Children’s Home in Zambia.

$25 for lawn seats (bring your favorite chair or blanket).

$40 for reserved seating ($300 for a table of eight).

Tickets available at www.globalsamaritans.org and at The Corry House the day of the concert.
